About Me

I am an M.S. student in Artificial Intelligence Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, working in Frederike Duembgen's TRIO Lab. My research focuses on uncertainty in learned models and robotic systems, and on global optimization methods for planning and control. Prior to CMU, I received my B.E. in Robotics Engineering from Chongqing University in 2026. Outside of research, I enjoy running, swimming, and listening to music.

Research Interests

  • Uncertainty in Models & Robots: Quantifying and leveraging uncertainty in learned models and robotic systems, so autonomous agents know when to trust their own estimates
  • Global Optimization: Sampling-based global optimization for trajectory planning and control, including real-robot deployment
